The Festhalle Market Platz provides space to promote Cullman’s vast agriculture industry through its Farmer’s Market. The large structure, which is the largest timber-framed building in Alabama, allows farmers to offer their produce in rain, shine, and hot or cold weather conditions. Market is held during the regular season from April through October each year, and lends space to farmers during the extended, off- season from November through March as well. The Festhalle also hosts special events each year such as the Strawberry Festival and the City of Cullman’s Oktoberfest Festhalle Market Platz also makes a great place for an outdoor venue, and can be rented for special events.
